How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart.

Item availability

All items that are not labelled as "PRE-ORDER", "BACKORDERED", OR "OUT OF STOCK" are in stock and ready for shipment in the listed sizes and/or colours. Although we make every effort to maintain the stock accuracy of all items listed on our site, occasionally these quantities may not be up-to-date at the time of purchase. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

When will I receive my order?

Items are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days once we your order. Once the shipment is made, domestic orders via Canada Post can be expected in 2-3 business days. International orders can be expected within 1-3 weeks of shipment date.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely! Enter the code: PICKUP at checkout. Once you have placed your order, please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements or if you are having trouble entering the code.

Can I purchase items in person?

Yes! If you would like to puchase items in person, please email us at [email protected] to make arrangements. We currently accept debit (currently only via TAP, for purchases $100 and under) and credit card.
