Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart.
All items that are not labelled as "PRE-ORDER", "BACKORDERED", OR "OUT OF STOCK" are in stock and ready for shipment in the listed sizes and/or colours. Although we make every effort to maintain the stock accuracy of all items listed on our site, occasionally these quantities may not be up-to-date at the time of purchase. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Due to the current status of our business, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. If you have any concerns regarding your recent purchase, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Items are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days once we your order. Once the shipment is made, domestic orders via Canada Post can be expected in 2-3 business days. International orders can be expected within 1-3 weeks of shipment date.

Yes! If you would like to puchase items in person, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. We currently accept debit (currently only via TAP, for purchases $100 and under) and credit card.
